Re: Which App ? (Streaming + Local)
I’m mainly a Linn streamer but am very strongly considering the kalla. I have a bunch of music that’s not on Spotify or Qobuz that I access via minimserver. & the Linn app. The music is on a HD that’s connected to a Mac mini running minim server. I’m curious how I would access the music via a kalla....

Re: Speaker Choices for Lejonklou amplifiers…?
I have not heard the 242’s with a tundr but I enjoyed them most passive with a Klout. Mine were mk 1’s. From what I was told from someone close to Linn the 3k arrays with best tolerance were kept for the Klimax and the lesser tolerance ones were passed down the models. I was also told that mk 2 are ...

Re: Speaker Choices for Lejonklou amplifiers…?
After looking at the m109 modification and it also being possible to the majik Isobarik speakers I’m going to look out for a pair.
I wonder if anyone is using these speakers with Lejonklou amplification. Id love to hear your thoughts.

Re: Majik Isobarik Stands upgrade
Those are probably the most beautiful Miso’s I have seen and am now very tempted to buy a pair. So I have few questions for you. 1. It looks like you modified the mid range with the SEAS woofer. Right? 2. Do the bases come with those 5 pillars? 3. Could you share the details of the fabricator who ma...

Re: How to: add a RELt5i to the tundra 2.2 Tarandus via hi-level connection
How did I miss that comment of yours from earlier. I just made sure I disconnected it. I hope I haven’t damaged the amplifier by doing that. I guess i’ll know tomorrow when I hear some music. Fingers crossed. Zee, as I wrote above: You can NOT connect an Y-cable to the two line outputs of a Tundra s...

Re: How to: add a RELt5i to the tundra 2.2 Tarandus via hi-level connection
I’ve ordered these from parts express and they seem to be stackable. I’ll try them Out when they arrive on the weekend. The sub at the moment is connected via a single RCA and a y-splitter to the line outs on the tundra but I don’t feel they integrate as well. I also feel the gain has dropped a bit ...

Re: How to: add a RELt5i to the tundra 2.2 Tarandus via hi-level connection
This maybe a stupid question but can I use the line outs (daisy chain outlets) in my tundra with a Y-splitter (rca as the rel only takes one channel of rca) to send signal to my subwoofer. I’m having a brain freeze and can’t remember if that will still have volume control On the subwoofer.

Re: Speaker Choices for Lejonklou amplifiers…?
Getting a stereo sagatun is a smart idea and using a cheap dac for the TV. The bedroom uses a Schiit Modi 3+ and I can surely see how that works with the TV into an analog input. The Kalla as good as it is (I haven’t heard it yet but a dear friend can’t stop praising it) would mean a big outlay of f...

Speaker Choices for Lejonklou amplifiers…?
That day finally came where we had to pack up our trusty Akubariks and they were delivered to the buyers apt. This was a sale to free up some cash and we decided to revert back to a passive setup. The main system in our living room also caters to watching television and hence I was hoping for some g...

Re: Lejonklou Boazu Integrated Amp
is it detrimental (sound quality)to the integrated amp to have a pre-out? i ask because Boazu 1.0 does not have it but having a preout would allow buyers to upgrade easily by adding a tundra to their Boazu via a Pre out.

Re: Linn Silver Interconnects (NEW & USED)
Sorry I should have updated this post. My main system (exakt Akubariks) will be sold this month and I will be moving back to an all passive system and I think I will need the silvers for all my components. I have ordered a different brand of interconnects to try out once passive and the silvers may ...

I have speaker cables already but love the way your cables look. Especially the direction markers. Would you be open to sharing where I could find similar stuff. Doubt it’s financially viable to send you my cables so as to dress them up?
BUT YOUR CABLES LOOK BEAUTIFUL SO A COMPLIMENT WHERE ITS DUE.

Re: Tundra Mono 3
Sent you a pm. One more thing regarding TM3s in my system. I am able to play as loud as I want -and it just sounds great. Previously, I was never quite happy above a certain level . Now there is no limit - in fact TM3s positively encourage me to push it- just fantastic. I realised with Sagatun Monos...

Re: Boazu vs Tundra 2.2 (with various preamps)
@Tendaberry, We live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have 5 sets of speakers. The oldest ones being Kabers and we actually have 2 pairs of Kabers. The Akubariks had to go before we need to do a firesale for them mainly due to our doggie needing emergency surgery and also getting a cancer diagnosis. We’...

Re: Boazu vs Tundra 2.2 (with various preamps)
After two days of listening I can confirm that I prefer the sound without the safety feature and could easily drive my speakers to orange without any issues. Now however I have a new issue. Due to my main system speakers being sold I need to invest in the main system and will unfortunately be sellin...

Lejonklou Boazu - US Version
I recently acquired this beautiful amp in its latest spec just recently, but am listing it to fund an upgrade that came available. It was supposed to replace my tundra 2.2 in the bedroom as a friend was supposed to be buying my 2.2 tundra. Now he isn’t buying it anymore and I can’t even beat him up ...

Re: Lejonklou Boazu Integrated Amp
I might have to send the splitters back as I realized that the two cables (speaker and subwoofer may touch resulting in a short due to the red and black cables being so close. Maybe I should look at other options. Can’t afford to blow the amp. Maybe the attached photo is a safer option Those would a...

Re: Boazu vs Tundra 2.2 (with various preamps)
I took the safety feature off today. I guess that one white blink between the 6 red blinks confirms that. Will update what I hear today at higher volumes. It might also just be the Kabers and the room. Once the Akubariks are sold (a sad day) then I want to try the kan II’s in the main system with ei...

Re: Boazu vs Tundra 2.2 (with various preamps)
Hi Fredrick, I read the max volume feature on the manual and din’t disengage it as the instruction showed no way to switch back the security feature. Is it the same procedure to switch it off? As pictured the WiiM mini does have a mVrms (2, 1, 0.8, 0.5)setting but I think that’s only for the audio o...
